No Name Lake is a remote backcountry campsite in Glacier National Park's Two Medicine region, situated in a glacially carved basin in the southeastern portion of the park. The campground consists of three designated sites, two of which can be reserved in advance through Recreation.gov; the third is available only as a walk-up permit. Stays are limited to one night. A vault toilet is provided on-site, but no potable water is available—visitors must treat or filter water from natural sources. Overnight camping requires a backcountry permit, obtainable via the Recreation.gov advance lottery system (active June 15–September 30) or as a walk-up permit from park ranger stations. The site is most commonly reached from the North Shore Trailhead near Two Medicine Lake via the Dawson Pass Trail, approximately 4.9 miles one-way with 800 feet of elevation gain. The surrounding area is active grizzly bear and moose habitat; proper food storage using park-approved methods is mandatory.
