Atlantic Creek is a designated backcountry wilderness campsite in the Cut Bank area of Glacier National Park, reached by a roughly 4-mile hike from the Cut Bank Trailhead with minimal elevation gain. The site offers four campsites with vault toilet facilities but no potable water, so visitors must carry or treat their own. No campfires are permitted; a camp stove is required for cooking. A wilderness use permit is required for overnight stays from May 1 through October 31, with an additional per-person nightly fee; permits are free outside that window but winter conditions are severe. The campsite serves as a base for day hikes to Medicine Grizzly Lake, Morningstar Lake, and Triple Divide Pass, and is a key stopping point on the multi-day route connecting Cut Bank to the Red Eagle Trailhead at St. Mary.
