Morning Star Lake is a backcountry wilderness campsite in the Cut Bank drainage of Glacier National Park, situated near the lakeshore along the Continental Divide Trail. The site is accessible only by a multi-mile hike and is primarily used by backpackers traversing CDT routes or completing point-to-point trips through the Two Medicine and Cut Bank areas. Facilities are limited to a vault toilet; no potable water is available on-site. Overnight camping requires a wilderness use permit, available through Recreation.gov. The campsite sits in a forested setting with bear management protocols in place.
