Lake Janet is a two-site wilderness backcountry campsite in Glacier National Park, situated near the western end of Lake Janet in the remote Olson Creek Valley. Accessible only on foot via the Waterton Lake and Boulder Pass Trail system, the site is part of the park's wilderness permit program, with advance reservations available through Recreation.gov from mid-June through late September. The campsite provides vault toilet facilities but no treated water; visitors must filter or treat water from natural sources. A wilderness permit is required year-round, and bear-resistant food storage is mandatory throughout Glacier's backcountry. Stock camping is permitted. The trailhead at Goat Haunt is the primary access point and requires arriving by ferry from the Canadian side of Waterton Lakes.
