Lower Nyack is a designated wilderness campsite in Glacier National Park's remote Nyack Creek backcountry corridor, accessible only by foot. The site includes a vault toilet; no treated drinking water is available. A wilderness use permit is required for all overnight stays, with advance reservations available through Recreation.gov for trips during the primary season from May through September. Camping fees apply per person per night in addition to a non-refundable permit application fee. The campsite lies within the Nyack/Coal Creek area, which also permits undesignated backcountry camping outside of the designated sites.
