Fish Creek is the second largest campground in Glacier National Park, situated on the park's west side along Camas Road about 2.5 miles from Apgar Village. The campground's 178 sites are distributed across four loops (A, B, C, and D) in a heavily forested setting that provides good shade and privacy. Several sites offer views of Lake McDonald. Flush toilets, running water, showers, and a dump station are available on-site. All sites require advance reservations through Recreation.gov. RVs are limited to 35 feet in length, and generator use is restricted to designated hours (8–10 a.m., noon–2 p.m., and 5–7 p.m.); generators are prohibited entirely in Loop C. Food and attractants must be stored in a hard-sided vehicle or bear-proof locker when not in use. The campground is a short drive from several west-side trailheads including the Rocky Point Trail.
