A boat-access only state marine park on the northern side of Pigot Bay in Prince William Sound, approximately 18 miles from Whittier. The park is classified as undeveloped by Alaska State Parks. Campsites are located at the north corner of the cove in second-growth forest of spruce, alder and muskeg. A picnic site with fire ring is positioned at the east corner above the shale pebble beach. The protected anchorage with good-holding bottom accommodates up to four boats at a time. Hiking trails are available from the camping area. Drinking water can be found further up in Pigot Bay, not at the park itself. The calm waters and natural barriers make this an ideal kayaking destination. The remote, undeveloped location requires complete self-sufficiency for all supplies and camping gear. Access is by floatplane or boat from Whittier, Seward, Valdez, or Cordova.

Access to all of the parks in the state marine park system is by floatplane or boat from Whittier, Seward, Valdez, or Cordova.
