Remote area near Allen Glacier in the Chugach Mountains, accessed via National Forest Service Road 851. Allen Glacier is a 15-mile glacier trending east to Allen River, approximately 40 miles north of Katalla. The Copper River is located about 1 mile east. Paddle-in or fly-in access required for backcountry camping in this undeveloped area.
