A dispersed camping area located on the Copper River Delta, 19 miles east of Cordova. This site offers 4 picnic and camping sites with firepits and pit toilets situated near Alaganik Slough. The area is renowned for wildlife viewing, particularly for the thousands of shorebirds and waterfowl that use the delta during migration. Salmon fishing is popular via the boat ramp and Alaganik Slough Trail. Over 235 species of birds have been recorded on the delta, and more than 7 percent of the world's trumpeter swans nest in this region. No potable water is available at the site.
