Hidden Lake (Sk5) is a designated backcountry campsite in Banff National Park, situated in the Skoki wilderness area east of Lake Louise. The site is reached from the Fish Creek Trailhead at the end of Fish Creek Road off Whitehorn Road, near the Lake Louise ski area. The hike covers approximately 7-8 km one-way with roughly 660 metres of elevation gain. The campsite has 10 tent pads set among larch trees, with picnic tables and an outhouse, overlooking a turquoise subalpine lake with views of Pika Peak and Ptarmigan Peak. A Parks Canada backcountry permit is required for all overnight stays; advance reservations through the Parks Canada online system are mandatory and fill quickly due to the site's popularity on Skoki loop routes. A maximum stay of three consecutive nights applies.
