Mahogany Cove is a boat-in day-use recreation area on the west shore of Canyon Ferry Reservoir, managed by the US Bureau of Reclamation. Located approximately 10 miles up the west shore, this quiet cove offers 3 picnic sites accessible only by water. Visitors can enjoy lake fishing for rainbow trout, walleye, and perch, along with boating on the 33,500-acre reservoir. No vehicle access — a motorized or non-motorized watercraft is required to reach the site.
