A popular recreation area 45 miles south of Fairbanks at mile 321.4 of the Richardson Highway, featuring 83 campsites including 78 vehicle sites and 5 walk-in group sites. The facility offers ADA-accessible toilets, water, picnic sites, a reservable picnic shelter seating approximately 40 people, dump station ($10 fee, free for overnight campers), and boat launch with straight canal access. Maximum stay is 15 days with a 6-person, 2-vehicle limit per site. Fire rings and picnic tables at each site. Popular activities include camping, fishing for lake trout, arctic char, and burbot (pike fishing closed), canoeing, baseball, horseshoes, jet skiing, volleyball, and trails. Additional camping options include lakefront day-use area, Camp Lot, and game field parking.
