Located at mile 29 of Denali Park Road, Teklanika River Campground is the second-largest campground in the park with 53 sites accommodating both RVs (under 40 feet) and tents. Private vehicle access is permitted, but requires a minimum 3-night stay with vehicles remaining parked at the campsite. Tek Pass transit bus tickets are recommended for exploring the park during your stay. The wooded campground offers vault toilets, potable water, fire grates, and is less densely forested than Riley Creek or Savage River campgrounds. The nearby Teklanika River provides scenic views and hiking opportunities.
