A dispersed backcountry camping area along the OBrien to Haley Creek Trail in Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, located approximately 7 miles from the trailhead near Chitina. The trail follows a historic railroad route, passing through an old railroad tunnel before reaching the Haley Creek area. Suitable camping spots include a gravel beach near the confluence of Haley Creek and the Copper River. No designated campsites or facilities exist; backcountry camping is permitted throughout the park.
