A parking-lot style overflow camping area adjacent to the main Bird Creek Campground in Chugach State Park, located 20 miles southeast of Anchorage at Mile 101.2 of the Seward Highway. The facility features 40 designated campsites arranged around a parking area, each with a picnic table and fire ring. Vault toilets and water are available. The location offers access to fishing, hiking trails, whale watching in Turnagain Arm, and wildlife viewing opportunities. Sites accommodate RVs up to 35 feet in length with a 7-night maximum stay. No electrical hookups are available.
