A 1,879-acre conservation area on the banks of the Missouri River in Holt County, jointly managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Missouri Department of Conservation. Established through the Missouri River Mitigation Project to enhance fish and wildlife habitat. Features designated camping sites, hunting opportunities for deer, dove, quail, and rabbit, plus fishing and bird watching. Open year-round with 24-hour access for camping, hunting, and fishing where permitted.
