A municipal campground operated by the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, located at Mile 17 Old Glenn Highway in Palmer. The facility features 87 camping spaces including 40 RV sites with electric hookups. Amenities include flush toilets, hot showers, an RV dump station, picnic tables and grills at each site, five rental pavilions, playground equipment, sand volleyball court, hiking trails, and river access to the Matanuska River with an observation deck. The park operates seasonally from May through September and offers both tent and RV camping with advance reservations available.
