An informal dispersed camping area located near the Kings River at the confluence with the Matanuska River along the Glenn Highway near Sutton. The Kings River flows 24 miles south to the Matanuska River, offering fishing opportunities and scenic mountain views. Dispersed camping is available on public land with at least 4 separate camping zones accommodating approximately a dozen sites ranging from open gravel areas suitable for large RVs to shaded spots closer to the river. The area sits directly off the Glenn Highway with easy drive-in access. No facilities or services are provided - visitors must be self-sufficient with pack in/pack out requirements.
