A municipal campground on the Kenai River in Soldotna, Alaska. The facility offers 90 campsites along the riverbank with direct river access, making it popular among anglers fishing for salmon. The campground features over 800 feet of elevated boardwalk and fishing platforms that protect the riverbanks while providing excellent fishing access. Campsites are first-come, first-served with no reservations accepted. Open during the summer season from Memorial Day weekend through September. Located about 5 minutes from downtown Soldotna and approximately 3 hours south of Anchorage.
