About

South Narrow Beach is a backcountry campsite accessible only by non-motorized watercraft on Yellowstone Lake. Located in the Narrow section of the South Arm, this remote site provides vault toilet facilities and requires advance reservations through Recreation.gov. The campsite is part of Yellowstone backcountry permit system and does not allow campfires. Visitors must obtain permits in person at a Backcountry Permit Office within two days of their trip start date. Backcountry permits cost $5 per person per night plus a $10 reservation fee.
