Sentinel Meadows East is a walk-in backcountry campsite located near Fountain Flat Drive in Yellowstone National Park. The site provides access to the Sentinel Meadows trail area and the Lower Geyser Basin. A backcountry permit is required for overnight stays and must be obtained in advance through Recreation.gov or at a backcountry office.
