Hillside is a designated boat-in backcountry campsite in Yellowstone National Park, accessed via Yellowstone Lake. The site features vault toilets and requires a backcountry use permit year-round for all overnight stays. Fires are not permitted at this site. Permits cost $5 per person per night plus a $10 reservation fee, and can be reserved through Recreation.gov or obtained in person at backcountry offices.
