Hideaway is a designated walk-in backcountry campsite in Yellowstone National Park, accessed via the Continental Divide Trail. A backcountry use permit is required year-round for all overnight stays at this site. The park maintains 293 designated backcountry campsites throughout its trail system. Permits cost $5 per person per night plus a $10 reservation fee, and can be obtained through Recreation.gov or in person at backcountry offices.
