Willow Creek is a primitive campground on the southern shore of Lake Elwell (Tiber Reservoir) in north-central Montana, managed by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. The site provides designated trailer sites along with vault restrooms that include handicapped-accessible facilities. No drinking water is available on-site, so visitors should bring their own supply. A gravel boat ramp provides direct access to Lake Elwell for fishing, boating, and wildlife watching along the reservoir's expansive shoreline. Camping is free with a 14-day stay limit.
