Kremlin campground occupies the north shore of Fresno Reservoir in Hill County, managed by the US Bureau of Reclamation. The site is reached by driving about 12 miles west of Havre on US Highway 2, then 7–8 miles north on county road. Designated campsites are available for both tents and RVs, with handicapped-accessible vault restrooms on-site. A concrete boat ramp provides direct reservoir access for boating, fishing, and water skiing. No drinking water is available and there is no trash service—all waste must be packed out. The reservoir covers roughly 7,400 surface acres and supports walleye, northern pike, and perch. A 14-day maximum stay applies. No fees are charged.
