Kiehns Bay is a primitive campground on the south shore of Fresno Reservoir, a Bureau of Reclamation impoundment on the Milk River about 12 miles west of Havre. The site offers dispersed tent and trailer camping with vault restrooms (ADA-accessible) but no drinking water — visitors must bring their own. Access is via gravel road. The reservoir draws anglers targeting walleye, northern pike, and perch, and the surrounding area provides opportunities for wildlife viewing and swimming. Camping is free and first-come, first-served with a 14-day stay limit. Pack-it-in/pack-it-out trash policy applies.
