Chase Lake is a primitive campsite in the North Maine Woods recreation area operated by North Maine Woods Inc. in Piscataquis County near Ashland. The site features a steel fire ring, cedar picnic table, and vault toilet. The campsite accommodates up to 3 RVs or tents with no electric hookups or running water. Camping is first-come, first-served with no reservations accepted. Fees are $12 per person per night for Maine residents ($15 for non-residents), with children under 18 and visitors 70+ camping free.
