Jug Lake Platform is a floating platform campsite on the Bartram Canoe Trail in the Mobile-Tensaw Delta. This single-platform site accommodates small groups of paddlers seeking a wilderness camping experience in Alabama's second largest river delta. Accessible only by canoe or kayak, the platform offers overnight stays surrounded by estuarine marsh, cypress-tupelo swamp, and bottomland hardwood ecosystems. Reservations are required and limited to groups of eight or fewer.
