A designated backcountry camping area along the K'esugi Ridge Trail in Denali State Park. Located about a mile along the trail from the southern trailhead, Skinny Lake offers the only formal camping facilities and restroom along the ridge trail system. The site features a vault toilet and designated tent sites to minimize environmental impact. This backcountry location provides access to spectacular ridge hiking with views of Denali and the Alaska Range.
