A municipal tent camping area managed by the City of Seward, located along Ballaine Boulevard near Resurrection Bay. The campground is part of the Seward Waterfront Park system and offers convenient access to downtown shops, restaurants, and the Alaska SeaLife Center. Open seasonally from mid-April through early October.

Two designated tent-only areas have been established along Ballaine Boulevard in Seward Waterfront Park system. Williams Campground is located at northern end of downtown with picnic tables and fire pits.
