A military FAMCAMP at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson featuring 68 total sites with 60 RV sites offering full hookups including electrical and water service. Sites are issued on a first-come, first-served basis with registration envelopes and payment boxes at the campground entrance. The facility is located at 5970 Zeamer Ave across from the base hospital. During winter months, sites 1-12 and 38-63 remain open with electrical service only (no water), and the dump station and bathhouses are unavailable. Facilities include laundry with coin-operated washers and dryers ($1 per load), RV dump station, and water hookups at sites during main season. Camping fees range from $12-30 per night depending on site type and season.
