Marshall Cove is one of five campgrounds at Cooney State Park, a reservoir recreation area situated about 40 minutes south of Billings. The campground offers 17 sites along Cooney Reservoir, accommodating RVs and trailers of varying lengths, with three sites featuring electric hookups. Metered showers are available to registered campers, and flush toilets are provided during the main camping season. The reservoir supports fishing for walleye and rainbow trout, along with boating, water skiing, and swimming. Reservations are accepted through the Montana State Parks reservation system.
