Medicine Creek is a remote waterway campsite in the South District of Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area, roughly 2.8 miles north of Barry's Landing by land and accessible only by boat or on foot. Five individual campsites are spread among junipers, each equipped with a level tent area, picnic table, bear box, and fire ring. A seasonal floating dock and boat slips serve visitors from approximately late May through mid-September; outside that window, gear may need to be carried up to 100 yards from the water's edge. A floating vault toilet is available when the dock is in the water; no permanent toilet facilities or drinking water are present on site. No reservations are accepted. A trail connects the campground southward about two miles to vault toilets and the parking area at Barry's Landing.
