A 250-acre Madison County park located 20 minutes from downtown Huntsville in the rolling hills of northeast Alabama near New Market. The park features a 56-site RV/campground park with both wooded and open areas. All sites provide an asphalt pad, fire ring, picnic table, and trash receptacle. Rustic sites provide water and 50-amp electric hookups, while modern sites include water, 50-amp electric, and septic hookups. The campground features two bathhouses and a laundromat, along with three picnic shelters. Park amenities include a hand-built playground, Olympic-size swimming pool, ball fields, a 12-acre stocked fishing lake, soccer fields, outdoor track, and a pioneer-style arena that hosts horse and dog shows each spring. The gate is locked at 10pm nightly.
