Located at 6,200 feet elevation near Mammoth Hot Springs, this is Yellowstone's only year-round campground. The facility sits five miles south of the North Entrance on a hillside near the park's developed area. The 82 campsites are arranged across multiple loops beneath Douglas fir and juniper trees. Flush toilets and central water are available seasonally. Sites accommodate RVs up to 75 feet, with many pull-through options. The campground offers proximity to the Mammoth Hot Springs terraces and the park's northern wildlife viewing areas.
