Fairview Campground, also known as Devil's Step, is one of three camping areas at Tims Ford State Park. Located directly on Tims Ford Lake approximately eight miles from the main park entrance, this waterfront campground offers 82 year-round sites with water and electric hookups. Thirty-one sites include sewer connections, and all sites feature picnic tables, fire rings, and grills. The campground accommodates RVs with 20, 30, and 50-amp electrical service. Many sites offer prime lakefront locations where boaters can pull right up to their campsite, with a boat launch at the campground entrance. Modern amenities include shower facilities and WiFi access. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance with check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM.
