County-managed river access and primitive camping area along the Missouri River at river mile 784, directly across from Goat Island. Located in remote Cedar County near the Nebraska-South Dakota border. Features two-lane concrete boat ramp, restroom facilities, picnic shelter with tables, and potable drinking water. Primitive camping only with basic amenities. Popular with Wynot locals for boating, fishing, and riverside recreation. Also known as Sportsman boat launch. Access via scenic Highway 12 byway: from Highway 81 intersection, drive east 18.1 miles, turn north onto Road 573, follow gravel roads 4.6 miles to Road 892, continue 0.3 miles, then Road 572 for final 0.2 miles.
