A 1,080-acre Missouri Department of Conservation area featuring a 96-acre lake and six water-filled strip-pits for fishing. The lake offers opportunities for white bass, sunfish, catfish, crappie, and black bass. Primitive camping is allowed at designated sites with a 14-consecutive-day limit in any 30-day period and a maximum of 30 days annually across all MDC areas. The area is open 24 hours for camping, fishing, and hunting activities. Groups of more than 10 campers must obtain a special use permit in advance.
