Cougar Pass offers 40 utility campsites in the Jefferson Point area of Perry State Park on the southwest shore of Perry Reservoir. The campground features 20 sites with water and electric hookups, plus 20 additional sites with electric only. All sites include picnic tables and grills. Seasonal facilities available April through October include open-air cold water showers and restrooms. The campground was built in 1997 and provides access to Perry Lake's extensively forested rolling hills, fishing, boating, and wildlife viewing opportunities. Located between Topeka and Lawrence, 4 miles north of US-24 on K-237.
