Wolf Creek State Park offers 304 Class A campsites with electricity, restrooms, showers, and picnic tables, plus 78 Class C sites, two family tent camping areas, a campground cabin, an organized group camp, and an equestrian campground. Located on Lake Shelbyville, the park encompasses 11,100 acres of water, 250 miles of shoreline, and large tracts of indigenous woodlands. The camping season typically runs March 24th through September 17th, though dates may vary with weather. 140 campsites can be reserved for arrivals May 1 through October 31, with remaining sites first-come, first-served. Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers, laundry facilities, a dump station, and firewood available from the camp host. Popular activities include boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, water sports, hiking, biking, horseback riding, and wildlife viewing.
