9 Mile Camps is a primitive boat-in camping area on the Colorado River within Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, located approximately at River Mile 9 between Glen Canyon Dam and Lees Ferry near Page, Arizona. The site is one of five designated primitive camping areas along this stretch of river, accessible only by watercraft. Composting toilet facilities are provided at the site. No camping fee or advance permit is required for this area; however, park entrance and vessel use fees apply. Visitors should bring all water, as none is available on-site. The river corridor offers a canyon landscape and is popular for kayaking, canoeing, and small motorized boats.
