A primitive equestrian campground in Ouachita National Forest providing access to the Bear Creek Trail system. Four campsites (2 official sites with metal fire rings plus 2 dispersed sites with rock fire rings) are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum stay is 14 days with a group size limit of 6 persons per site. The trail system features four interconnecting loops totaling over 30 miles through forested terrain, offering views of rock formations, creeks, and Lake Ouachita. Popular for horseback riding, horse camping, hiking, and mountain biking. Located on Forest Road 772, approximately 1 mile north of Forest Road 11 in the Ouachita National Forest.
