A primitive tent-only campground located in the lower Buffalo River district near the historic Rush ghost town. The facility offers 12 first-come, first-served sites, each equipped with a picnic table, fire ring, and lantern hook. A vault toilet and water spigot are provided during the fee season. This is a pack-in, pack-out facility with no trash collection. Located directly on the riverbank at the last stop before the wilderness area, the campground provides ideal access for canoeing and kayaking. The site is particularly suitable for beginner paddlers. Free camping is available during winter months when water service is discontinued.
