A 22-site campground on scenic bluffs overlooking Millwood Lake, managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Most sites offer direct lake views and electric hookups with water, accommodating RVs and trailers up to 85 feet. The facility includes 21 sites with 30/50 amp electrical service and water hookups, plus 1 non-electric site. Amenities include flush toilets, showers, potable water, picnic tables, grills, fire rings, lantern poles, a centrally located dump station, playground, boat ramp, and day-use areas. The campground features an outdoor wedding chapel and provides access to fishing and boating on Millwood Lake. Over 300 bird species inhabit the area, including American Bald Eagles and Great White Pelicans. Visitors should be aware that alligators are present in Millwood Lake. Located 13 miles east of Ashdown on State Highway 32. All sites are reservable up to 6 months in advance and the park is open year-round.
