About

A U.S. Army Corps of Engineers campground on Demopolis Lake with 54 paved campsites and 4 group shelters accommodating 25-80 people. Sites feature picnic tables, lantern holders, and campfire rings with grills. The facility includes flush toilets, showers, a playground, boat ramp, and nature trail. Located south of the confluence of the Black Warrior and Tombigbee Rivers, the campground provides access to 10,000 acres of water recreation. Park gates lock at 10:00 p.m. and reopen at 6:00 a.m. The campground operates year-round and is located about 3 miles west of Demopolis. GPS directions are not recommended for RVs; use Highway 80 to Maria Street instead.
