Sunset Legion Campground is operated by Lacombe Legion Branch #79 on the west shore of Gull Lake, approximately ten kilometers north of Bentley. The family-oriented campground offers 56 open camping sites plus 2 group sites, with individual camp stoves at each site but no electrical hookups. The facility features two sandy beach areas, boat launch, excellent fishing in Gull Lake, two playgrounds, camp kitchen, shower house, coin laundry, horseshoe pits (6 sets), sewage disposal, boat storage compound, and fish-cleaning stands. The campground is open from the May long weekend through September 30, weather permitting.
