Charlotte Lake Recreation Site is a free BC Forest Service campground known for its beautiful sandy beach and stunning views of the Charlotte Alplands. The site offers 9 campsites with vault toilets and no potable water available. Located on the southeast shore of Charlotte Lake in the Cariboo region, the campground is accessed approximately 10 kilometers southeast of Nimpo Lake on Highway 20, then west onto Hooch Lake Forest Service Road for 5.6 kilometers. The primitive setting provides a peaceful base for fishing, swimming, and exploring the surrounding wilderness with scenic mountain views.
