A small Chugach National Forest campground offering 9 sites along Crescent Creek near Cooper Landing. Located at Mile 2.9 of Quartz Creek Road, the facility sits in a spruce and hemlock forest setting with creek-side access. Operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservations accepted. The campground features vault toilets and fire rings, with firewood available from the camp host. No potable water is provided. Popular activities include fishing for Dolly Varden in the creek and hiking the Crescent Creek Trail. Access via gravel Quartz Creek Road off Sterling Highway, approximately 2 hours south of Anchorage.
